Shipping & Handling?

Shipping & Handling a large canvas in the Continental United States, that includes insurance and tracking, will range between $50-$400. Your piece is carefully wrapped with glassine paper, butcher paper, and bubble wrap. Special care will be made when deciding the best safety of your piece when boxing, so please understand shipping supplies may change on a case by case basis.

When can I expect to receive my painting?

Custom paintings will have a 6-8 week turnaround once deposit has been made and details have been discussed. Every painting is packaged and shipped by Affirmation art, so your patience is greatly appreciated. All paintings are shipped via UPS ground, for a 3-5 day delivery, inside the continental U.S.. You will receive a tracking number once the painting has shipped.

Can I exchange/return a painting?

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, We will evaluate said damage, and will be the final decider, if replacement is necessary. We insure each painting and must be aware of damage or lost items within 20 days of shipment, in order to file a claim for reimbursement with the shipping partner.

What is the Commission Process?

After contacting us via email, we will follow up within 72 hours to confirm details. B.8th e will work with you to help create the perfect painting. The story behind the painting is the driving force of your creation, so be ready to chat. Each custom creation’s price is based upon size and subject matter. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order, and the remaining balance will be due once the painting is finished and prior to shipping. All sales are final. Yada-Yada-Yada…..We Can’t wait!
